The distance Pencil and Paper Course include all necessary workbooks,  manuals and study material to help you pass the PSI Real Estate licensing exam.  

You  will work and study independently at your home or office. You make an appointment to submit your completed assignments and review the manual material. .  6 months total. Midterm and final exams included.  You may make an appointment to register for this class anytime.

Further requirements :

1. You must have a referral from a licensed realtor.  

2. You must have a Real Estate background.

Classroom requirements   -- Distance only available                                                                         The structured classroom, workbook or manual course. will meet a total of 30 days.   Meeting only  three days a week.  Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 9:00am - 12:00pm.  Advance registration required. (Not available at this time).
